JukeDocs was founded on a simple observation: field teams were losing time, credibility, and deals because their documents took too long to load on mobile. We built the solution.

The problem we saw
in the field

In 2013, our founder Steve Conaby was working with financial services organizations whose advisors routinely arrived at client meetings unable to access the documents they needed. The files were there — emailed or linked — but they were too large to open reliably on a mobile device.

The standard answer was "use WiFi" or "download in advance." But field teams don't always have WiFi. And expecting someone to anticipate which documents they'll need on a given day — and download them all in advance — isn't a solution. It's a workaround.

JukeDocs was built to solve this properly: make any document accessible, instantly, on any device, on any connection.

Speed is respect

Making someone wait for a document wastes their time and undermines their confidence. We believe fast access is a form of respect for the people doing the work.

Mobile-first reality

Most organizations say they're mobile-first but design for desktop. We built JukeDocs from the ground up for field workers on phones and tablets — because that's where work actually happens.

Security without compromise

Regulated industries can't afford to trade security for convenience. We built per-page delivery and multi-layer encryption so you never have to choose between the two.

Adoption over mandate

Software only works if people use it. We measure success by how quickly field teams choose JukeDocs over their old workflows — without IT having to mandate it.

Over a decade in the field

  1. 2013

    JukeDocs founded in Markham, Ontario. Original focus: enterprise document distribution for regulated industries.

  2. 2015

    HTML5 Virtual Book technology introduced — converting documents into individually-indexed, page-by-page deliverable formats.

  3. 2018

    Per-page delivery engine launched. Documents begin loading in under one second for the first time.

  4. 2021

    Expanded into healthcare and manufacturing verticals. Audit trail and compliance reporting features added.

  5. 2024

    Platform serves thousands of field workers across financial services, insurance, healthcare, and manufacturing.
